The magazines are great; however, both mag''s needed to be cleaned because there was some rust builded up along the edges, and some on the sides, after cleaning them, they work just fine; other than that-they''re fine. Thanks Jose

Although a very well made and nicely finished magazine Taurus didn''t go far enough when they designed this magazine. The simple addition of checkered plastic (or prefferably steel) tab attached to the pin at the top of the magazine spring to assist in loading would have turned this average magazine into an outstanding, easily and quickly loaded, magazine. As it''s pretty much the only game in town for those of us who own these excellent little pocket pistols, I do recommend it.

My Taurus P22 came with only one mag and out of all three local gun supply sources,I could only find two more and I wanted a total of five. These are one hard to find critter. Was happy that I received noticed that they were in and shipped. Used them today and had no problem if when dropped in the dirt. Blow them off and reload.

I had a problem working the slide because of weak hands. I solved that problem by donning thin rubber gloves for a better grip. Of course the tip up barrel makes that problem moot, since loading it and locking serves the same purpose.It is a joy to hold and fire, and almost too beautiful, with the rosewood handles,to use.After about 20 rounds it loosened up for me to be able to work the slide easily.I recommend it If only to hold and admire.The clips are easy to load too, by using a paperclip in the hollow rivet above the spring and pulling down gently.
