I purchased 2 magazines for my Ruger Standard made 10/1954 and after changing the magazine follower to the left side, as per the easy instructions, they both worked perfectly. I plan to purchase 2 more.

Great magazines, perfect fit, channels the shell nicely. However the butt caps are plastic as are the followers, it just seems cheap to me.

Works with a ''56 Standard. Magazine is styled a little bit different from the originals though. Would not fit at first. ]Yes, I reversed the button.[ Turns out the top left screw ]above emblem[ on the grip protruded far enough into the magazine well to block the new magazine. Cut screw in half and it works like a charm now. Not sure how common this problem is, but I couldn''t find any reference to it anywhere. Hope this helps someone.
