At first the holster was a bit tight, even with the recommended straight up fast pull. Once I got familiar with it''s intended design...I like it. I started running a silicon rag through it at the start of each day and this really helps. I hope in the future Fobus will add a left hand model so that I can use it for a suicide draw from the middle of my back.

My concern is that the holster grips the gun so tightly that I have to yank on the gun to draw it out. This might get me killed. I am currently trying to force the holster to release the gun by heating the holster with the hair dryer, then putting the gun in it, hoping this will open the holster enough to both hold and release the gun on drawing it. Do you have any suggestions? Arthur Sapin

It angles outward too far from my body to be easily concealed.

I like this holster a lot. The description pretty much says it all. The quality is excellent, functionality is great. It holds the gun snugly, but lets go when you need to draw...very little breaking in. Sits nicely on my hip...the gun doesn''t stick out a lot, so I don''t have an excuse to wear my vast collection of Hawaiian shirts. Based on this one, I highly recommend Fobus holsters.

I am still getting used to how my Bersa rides on my hip, but this holster is great. I had been using an "Uncle mikes" soft paddle holster in a small size. I prefer carrying outside my wasteband and the Uncle Mikes belt loops had a tendency to "creep in" a little which allowed my Bersa to sag outward, and, depending on what I was doing, it would fall out. This Fobus holster rides about an inch higher and stays snug to my side which I do like. It is such a perfect fit to my Bersa that I had to "Practice draw" several times to find a smooth way to get the holster to release it. My Bersa Thunder literally snaps right in with no danger of falling out while I''m doing yard work, cleaning around the shrubs etc. It really is a great quality holster, I wish they made one for my Taurus 605.
