Not as pictured but as described. Pictured has the plastic foot on the magazine. The ones shipped ]and described as flush[ do not.
It is as expected though, good quality Kahr Arms magazine. Works fine.

Item was new in wrapper. The only negative was it took longer than expected to get here. Other wise service was excellent. Would buy from Midwest again.
