I wear this almost every day and it''s comfortable. You might want to buy your pants a couple sizes bigger. Just like all inside the pants holsters, the barrel will start to dig in as your waistline gets tighter.

Holster cants to far forward. Also leather reinforcement on body side at front digs into your side making a sore spot.
